3.3 Listing Requirements

By submitting a business listing, you warrant that:

• You are authorized to represent the business
• All information provided is accurate and current
• The business operates legally in South Africa
• You have the right to use any images or content submitted
• The business is primarily focused on coffee, tea, or related beverages

4. User Responsibilities

Users of our Service agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting listings
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not use automated systems to access or collect data from the Service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 User Content

Our total liability shall not exceed R1,000 (One Thousand Rand).
