This is the worst Vida I have ever been to, rude apathetic staff especially the older woman. Like they doing you a huge favour, don’t even greet you. Place is dirty too, it’s just depressing topped off by lousy bitter coffee that’s lava hot as the machines set incorrectly. And all the uber driver...

Not via uber eats. Got the wrong order (I ordered a breakfast crobun). Thats fine errors happen, but giving me a unedible old burger is not acceptable quality wise. The lettuce was so old it was a combination of slimey and dry brownish outer edges. Felt like yesterday's leftovers.

Floors absolutely filthy, tables and chairs were not lined up in any order and look like they have been pushed around at random, 2 bags full of trash lying in the middle of the walk way. No staff present. 5 minutes later 2 people came to the till to take orders.

The food and coffee were good, however some employees were a little rude. The location is also very noisy with checkers bikes zooming past every 15 minutes

This is how my coffee was delivered. I have never ordered such rubbish coffee before. They tried to prevent the coffee from spilling and yet it went everywhere! You don’t see this nonsense when you order from Starbucks and they definitely don’t wrap their coffee in flipping plastic wrap!
