The coffee is great, but the customer service could use some attention. Staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than engaging with customers, or signalling to me when coffee was ready which impacted the overall experience.

I don’t recommend going there although Seattle is the only coffee i love the staff in this one can spoil your day so unfriendly and unprofessional and rude it was a shock how they work for Seattle!!! The worst i have ever seen in my life. I hope Seattle can look into it and do something about it.

Coffee break was needed and decided to try this place out. Didn’t realize it was a chain till later on the day. Business was not to par with its tidiness. Staff was pleasant. Ordered a latte which was bitter it taste and unpleasant to drink. Try another small business coffee shop instead.

The staff at this location is AMAZING. They put a smile on my face everytime I walk in. Love them. Coffee is great but one star less as the WiFi is very weak (seems to be like this is the case at majority of the locations) other than that, solid coffee shop. Would def recommend. Sending love to t...
